We spent 3 days discovering Athens. Yes, that is very short, but gave us the opportunity to discover some of the iconic sites of the Greek capital city. Athens definitely deserves more time, but this is merely what we had at hand.
We of course focused on the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, spent quite some times strolling the small streets of Plaka and Anafiotika, and climbed both Filipappou Hill, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Acropolis, and Licabettus Hill, where you get a 360 view of Athens. We also went and see the Evzones, which is quite a sight!
