A Selection Of My Best Architecture Pictures

Taj Mahal, Agra, India

Taj Mahal, Agra, India

I sometimes use roads well traveled to discover and photograph world famous sights, like the Taj Mahal, Angkor Wat, Machu Picchu or the Golden Gate Bridge, but most of the time I try to stay Off The Beaten Track. Believe it or not, but some of the best Architecture Pictures I made were (in my opinion) not one from those unique monuments…

There are many reasons for this: first, you need to avoid the crowds for those unique monuments, and even very, very early it is not guaranteed… Then how to shoot an interesting Architecture Picture when the very monument has already been taken zillions of time? Creativity can reach limits…

Architecture Pictures are like traveling: yes, highlights are worth the trip. But what makes traveling really special, and where you will get the more unique experiences – and pictures, is Off The Beaten Track! In my selection, I chose pictures from both, to be balanced…

It is always a challenging moment for a photographer to select his best pictures. It is even more difficult when you have so many different subjects and when you took those pictures in so many different places… Well, I decided to go for this challenge! Here you find the 30 Architecture Pictures I prefer in my portfolio.
